Intuition will tell the thinking mind where to look next.
— Jonas Salk

What’s next for your organization?

  • Are you the leader of an organization eager to grow in the competitive nonprofit sector?
  • Is your organization confronting transition and major challenges?
  • Do you want to cultivate new revenue streams but don’t know where or how to begin?
  • Do you need your Board to be more productive?
  • Is your company looking for a way to get involved in a philanthropic venture?
  • What is your strategic plan for the next three years?

As a nonprofit professional and a volunteer Board member for over 25 years, I have faced all of these situations and developed a skill set that can guide you and your organization toward growth and sustainability. My experience on both sides of the table, as a leader and volunteer, enables me to address your particular needs more holistically.

Whatever your goals, I can help you achieve them.

My insight and advice is always targeted to your needs and goals. Working closely with you, I assess your unique situation and craft solutions specific to your needs. In collaboration with you and your staff, Board and stakeholders, I create actionable plans that help you align your goals and further your mission.

Looking forward to working with you!

Liz

For more than 25 years, I have been a nonprofit professional with significant senior-level management and leadership experience. I have created and implemented innovative organizational, marketing and educational strategies with many organizations. Since forming my own consultancy practice in 2008, I have specialized in working with smaller nonprofits (under $5 million) on strategies to encourage growth, expansion and visibility.

I also work with for-profit companies to articulate their philanthropic vision, as well as organizations undergoing executive or board transitions. I have been trained through the Interim Executive Leadership Program at the Support Center for Nonprofit Management to address these specific issues. Board governance and functionality is a cornerstone of a healthy organization, and I have a passion for helping to facilitate both. In addition to this background, my service as a Board member for several organizations gives me a unique perspective, allowing me to understand both sides of an organization’s development.
